Quincy or Washington Court Hotel in DC for Labor Day Weekend?

Anyone have any knowledge of either of these hotels? Quikbook is offering a refundable nightly rate of $99 for the Quincy or $88 for the Washington Court. DH has never been to DC, so we would be visiting the usual attractions -- White House, Museums, Monuments, Arlington Cemetery.

They are both fine locations. Washington Court is closer to the Mall and Capitol Hill, Quincy is closer to interesting neighborhood/restaurants/night life.

Thanks MikeT. We will be flying into BWI. We live in Panama City, FL and will have nonstop service through Southwest Airlines.

I have stayed at the Washington Court Hotel. It is very nice and also a few blocks from the Union Station. The area is somewhat dead on weekends, but still enough going on closeby.

Gracie, the only time I have been to DC was one Labor Day weekend. It was fabulous, no crowds, we rented a car and had no problem parking and there was a free concert on the Capitol lawn. I'm jealous!!! If I ever go back, or I should say, when I do go back it will be Labor Day weekend.
