Question on Vegas shows
Could anyone please advice on the best and most women-friendly production showgirls venue in Vegas (Jubilee or La Femme or Midnight Fantasy or ...)

Tx.
|
How could you call any of them women-friendly? They do nothing but exploit women to begin with. Even if they are drag shows starring guys dressed as girls, they still treat women as raw sex objects. Is that what you call women-friendly?

Helen, what are you talking about?
What she meant was probably how relaxed can a woman feel sitting in the audience and watching the show...
|
It depends on what makes you comfortable. If you like to watch women strip and dance for men, they are probably all the same. Have "fun"
|
Yes, that's what I'm talking about. If a woman can feel relaxed sitting watching other women make public spectacles of themselves by exposing their breasts and other body parts to ellicit a response from the audience, then she's a different woman from me. That may be "relaxing" to you, but it is insulting to me.

See the story about Vegas strip shows today in USA Today. It is on point and even has a "blush factor" rating for each major show.
|
I admire Helen's high morale principles. But for now I'm topping this thread as I haven't gotten any helpful answers. Thank you.

If you think you are going to be uncomfortable at that type of show why not skip it and see something else. There are a lot to choose from, you don't have to limit yourself to that type. I personally wouldn't waste my time or money at a strip show. Does nothing for me...LOL

Follies Bergere at the Tropicana, if its still there.

Karen there was a rather detailed review of this topic in USA Today 2/15/02. In fact, it was the cover story for the front page. Details the major topless shows at the casinos, prices, etc, as well as some commentary on the percentage of couples attending the shows.
