Question for Tess: Taxis at Seaworld San Antoino
 

Will be at the Alamo Bowl this week and would like to visit Sea World. Last year in Tampa found that taxis didn't want to pick us up at Busch Garedens and reurn us to Waterside hotels. Tess, you said that you took a taxi to Sea World-any problems getting back to your hotel?

mona2, have you tried contacting a taxi company to see if you can make arrangements for a return pick-up?

Mona, we actually took the city bus back to the hotel--it stopped right at Seaworld's gates. Don't think I'd do it again, though--too many stops!

We found the cab drivers in SA to be awesome--they will happily give you a business card with a phone number to call when you're ready for pickup.

Honestly, rent a car for the day. It will cost about as much as the cab ride both ways since Sea World is so far from the Riverwalk!
