With 13 people, she's going to be in the "Club Wagon" which is a full size, extended van. You won't be able to street park (too long for a spot even assuming you could parallel park the thing) and it may be too long for many parking lot spots. I think the time you save over taking a bus will easily be spent looking for parking.
