The breakfast buffet at Princeville was great (or was it the Sunday brunch?)
Friday night buffet was terrific too. We just loved the hotel so much that we spent a lot of time there. The "magic window" feature which allows you to see outside while you're taking a bath is cool.

The Beach House is fun and romantic - be sure to book early so that you get a table close to the ocean. And make sure you get to the restaurant not so late to catch the sunset. They have a signature dish which is called something like "fire cracker shrimp". Wonderful.

Top 2 restaurants: Cafe Hanalei at the Princeville Hotel (be sure to have a drink on the terrace upstairs -- sunset preferably! -- beforehand), and the Beach House. I'm so envious -- would love to do that trip again!
