A lot of people are saying that you can't cnx with priceline.
I finally got up the nerve to use price line. They give you the option of purchasing cnx insurance in case of an emergency. We had an auto accident 3 days before our trip with minor injuries. I totaled my car. I made copies of the accident report, doctors report, sent it to the insurance company that I purchased thru priceline and got a full refund (minus $30. for ins.) You do have to send proof for injury.

The thing to remember is that Priceline didn't refund your money. Whichever vendor they use for insurance DID. You paid extra for this "peace of mind" and I'm sure you're glad you did in this case.

(I don't know if Priceline owns the insurance arm of its operation or not. My guess is that they've contracted with an outside trip insurance vendor).

Thanks for the info. Priceline didn't used to have insurance. I'm pleased to find it's working out.

Good question!! What about illness? what if you get sick or spouse? Are you able to get a full refund for trip if you purchase insurance through priceline?

Lilley, maybe the best way to get an answer to your question would be to go to the Priceline web site and read the policy?
