Posting problem

I notice that when I post on forums these past few days, that my message replies do not bring the thread to the top of the page anymore. They just stay where they are and do not move up. Anyone else having this problem??

Yep, me too. I've only noticed it since this morning.

Maybe the board needs "Message Board Viagra"? :-?

There also seems to be a new length limit, too.

I don't think the Viagra will help the length limit. :D

Problem?

Hardly so. I'm glad that when I'm on the 3rd page & reply to a thread that I STAY on the 3rd page after posting. If I wanted to go back to the first page I'd just click on the forum name & return to page #1.

To me, it's a long-overdue FEATURE, not a PROBLEM, which (to keep this travel-related) makes NAVAGATING this website easier.

rb, I can see your point and agree that staying in the same spot is nice, but I'm not sure this is a new feature. When you respond to a thread, the thread doesn't even show a change in number of respondents. It's as if nothing was ever added to the thread. That's why I think it's a glitch, which hasn't happened to me again since early today. Guess only time will tell.

GRRRRR... I just typed a big reply, didn't save it because things seemed to be better and when I went to preview it, it disappeared. Can't believe it!!!
