Portland, OR GTG, Sept 2013
 

Mme Perdu is traveling this way in September and has brought up the idea of a get together. It looks like she'll be here the second week of the month. Anyone in the area interested in meeting up? It would be fun to meet the locals (and any out-of-towners, too).

I'll be in Portland from the 7th-14th. Sunday-Monday or Thursday-Friday would be best for me I think. I'll have an English friend along, the first time in Portland for both of us. So looking forward to it.

I have to go to Portland to look at four hotels being considered for my 2014 ship's reunion but the dates conflict with this years reunion being held in Cincinnati.

I would however, appreciate any suggestions you might have of things for my group to do.

I live here, but will most likely be gone for a few weeks during that time frame.

ronkala--Definitely plan a day at OMSI with a tour of the submarine there.

I live down the road in Eugene and would love to come- but am not sure I will be around at the time. Keep me posted as we get closer to that date.
