Hi! If anyone is still reading this thread, I'm the wife! :) I was searching for this thread for a gift I'm working on and had to post here after seeing all the nice comments. We are still going strong after 6 years (and one 2-year old) and, yes, it was the perfect proposal. Thanks for all your suggestions and positive vibes for my hubby! And thanks for the list of waterfalls throughout the U.S. With a two-year-old in tow, we are looking to stay in-country for our next few family trips and these suggestions will be perfect! And for anyone who finds this thread on Decew Falls, definitely worth a visit. I dream about that place often...

since your marriage, they have opened a Great Wolf Lodge (with a huge indoor waterpark) about a 10 minute drive from Niagara on the Lake... bring the little one back on your ten year anniversary for their version of a waterfall!
