Pools in Vegas?

Can the public use any pool at the hotels or is it for guests only?

Thanks!

Guests only.

We were just there, you need a room key to get in the pool area at MGM and I bet it is the same everywhere.

I heard that Flamingo might allow public access but that's the only one of the major hotels. You might want to check with them.

A room key was needed for the Mirage to access the pool.

it's the same everywhere, and generally speaking the nicer the hotel the less access is provided. the reasons are security and liability, not because the resorts want to be &**$$&

Flamingo does not let you in free. They check for keys.

Monte Carlo charges a day use fee of I think around $15?

All other hotels (the ones you would care about anyway) require a key on check in. And it's pretty hard core too. Mandalay will often require both spouses to provide keys.

If you want a good pool, you have to pay for it.

And butterflyangel, Mirage has the best pool.
