Pool Hours for Westin Maui?

Aloha! Just realized less than 50 days before we leave for Maui. I am just curious if anyone can tell me the Pool hours for the Maui Westin and if there is an age limit on the hot whirl pools? Mahalo!

We just came back from there. The pool opened early but the towel desk did not open until 8:00. The pool technicaly closed at sunset but people were using it after sunset. There is an adult pool and hot tub which you have to be 16 to use. Nice place we enjoyed it with our two children ages 14 and 18.

Enjoy your trip.

Endlessvacation2 - Thanks for your reply. Our boys are 12 and 14. Im sure they will really enjoy the pool. Do you have any other pointers or suggestions for the Westin. We are in a Garden view room to be closer to the pool. Did you try the breakfast buffet? 48 more days! Mahalo!

Hi
We did the buffet, it was expensive but good. There is a deli restaraunt in the golf course called Cj's which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate there twice for lunch it was great. The breakfast menu looked good as well. We also had bagels and juice in the lounge area. I don't know if your package comes with this but we were eligible for a free 4x6 photo taken by their on staff photographer. He did a really nice job taking various pictures of our family. We bought the CD of our pictures so we could just make up the ones we wanted.
We took the road to Hana and followed it all the way around. A great day trip. We also went to the top Mt Haleakala. That was fun. We took a whale watching trip right from the beach. I'm not sure if it will stillb e whale watching time when you are there but there are several snorkel cruises that leave from the beach as well. Have a great trip.

Karen - Thanks for all the info.. We have been to Maui 4 times...We have done most of the same that you have. Cant wait to try CJ's Deli. Might try the buffet too. We just have never stayed at the Westin. Looking for more details or need to knows about the Westin. Any other suggestions would be great...keep them comming....We have stayed at the Whaler (twice), Sheraton and the Alii on past trips. We are staying at Kaanapali Shores the 1st 5 nights and then checking in to the Westin for our last 4 days....to end the trip and to let our two boys 12 and 14 enjoy the resort pool. Cant wait! We are going to try the all day Raft trip to Lanai. I think it is call Ocean Riders. Anyone try it? Well Mahalo again! Keep the info. coming!

Hi we valet parked the car. It was just easier. I'm not sure how much extra it was. We didn't eat at the restraunt for dinner but we had room service the lst night as we got in late. Food was good and it was the same as on the menu for lunch and dinner. You are in walking distance to several places to eat by the beach and also whaler village. We ate at Hula girl and I believe it was the first place you come to on the walk to whalers village something with an L Lanais or something. We had lunch there on our last day very good food.

Mahalo again Karen - Yes we love Whalers village and the board walk also. We love Hula Grill for lunch and right at sunset for the live music. We had a couple of really good dinners at Rusty Harpoon too. It is sporty and very casual. We also love to go to Sheraton for their barbacue lunch near the pool or at sunset for a drink and the cliff dive. Ahola and Mahalo!
