I've read a few things about this restaurant recently. It sounds like a great place. Anyone eaten there? How was it?

Their advertisement says something like "fine dining, on paper plates" -- which is sort of true. Great food, good prices (but not what I'd term "fine dining").

It's located in the middle of Ching Young Village in the middle of Hanalei and is _very_ casual. You place your order at the counter, grab a table, and wait (and wait...) for your meal.

The good news is, while you're waiting for your meal, the people-watching is exceptional. ((H)))

yeah i like it. good food and prices. cant beat it for people watching! cant wait to get back there for GOOD!

I would definitely reccommend it. Very good food, quite reasonable, and you can BYOB (or wine) at no charge.
