Lumiere is really good for food and atmosphere is lovely but the suburban street corner locale is just not what I would want to go to on a special trip w/an old friend...

Big thumbs up to Harvest for both food and great location, thumbs down to Henrietta's Table for dinner, altho i *love* it for breakfast! (not the $45 dollar brunch, but real breakfast.)

yk - sorry to hear that too ! Have had many excellent brunch, lunch and dinners at the downtown location - it is the favorite of several family members, so we meet there fairly frequently - wish you'd had a better experience
