Plays

I'm going to New York next month to visit my daughter. We're looking for any good, reasonably priced plays. No musicals. Any ideas, recommendations?

Check the schedule at the Classic Stage Company. Small theater where they often get named stars in quality productions for a most reasonable price.

Definitely get tickets for The Humans. It deservedly won this year's Tony for the best play. And, good news, check out broadwaybox.com for a discount offer!

Go to the TKTS booth in Duffy Square (across from the Marriott Marquis) for discounted tickets.

Check reviews at www.didhelikeit.com.
Even though the play only line at TKTS is usually shorter than the musical line, if you don't want to spend vacation time waiting in line, sign up at playbill, theatermania, broadwaybox for discount codes.
I'd love to see The Front Page with Nathan Lane.
Les Liaisons Dangereuses opens in October.
