Places to stay close to Seattle University
 

My wife will be attending a conference at Seattle University this summer in July. Are there any Hotels, B & B's, within walking distance or a short ride away? Any help you could give would be most welcome.

Here is a list..Silver Cloud is the closest and is very nice .3 miles..walkable in a decent part of town.

If you want something with a kitchen in the suite then next one on the list Homewood Suites is fine also and only .7 mile.

Silver Cloud is right there. The Sorrento Hotel is not far to the west towards downtown.

For B&Bs, these are all on Capitol Hill and I think I have them in the order from closest to Seattle U but all are w/in a mile or so:

Some of my relatives like to stay at the 11th Avenue Inn B&B when they visit Seattle. It is a pleasant 1-mile walk from Seattle University and a 1-1/2 mile walk from downtown: http://www.11thavenueinn.com
