Place to stay on Cape Cod

Can you recommend a place to stay in early to mid June for less than $150/night? It doesn't have to be colonial, or very elegant. We're looking for something less formal, and more cottage-like.

as posted for others, try some of the cyber rental sites, condo rentals may average about 150/night but you have to do a week rental.

the cape is big so i don't know where to tell you to look except at:

vrbo.com
cyberrentals.com
greatrentals.com

i am sure there are other sites.

There are many places to stay under $150 a night early to mid-June because High-Season is not here (i.e. kids are not out of school yet!).

From reading your other posts it appears you are only here for a couple of nights so you are not really interested in a real cottage rental which would be a minimum of one week as Justme pointed out.

You are however, looking for a cottage- like place which leads me to believe you are interested in privacy (not attached motel rooms) and kitchens for cooking, and separate rooms for sleeping?

There are tons of places you could stay all over the Cape like this, but I can only offer a few or I would be here all night typing.

Pine Knot Motel = South Yarmouth
Night Heron Cottages - Eastham
Green Haven Cottages - Wellfleet
Lighthouse Inn - West Dennis

A hotel would be okay, especially if a cottage would have a week minimum, even during the off-season. We were hoping for Chatham.
