Pirate-Themed Restaurant, Buena Park

Has anyone gone to this yet?? Worth it? Fun? Thought it might be perfect for a 10 year old boy's birthday dinner.

Hmmm, guess it's not too busy yet. :-)

Maybe some of us are still trying to figure out where Buena Park is. Is that a new area near Lake Buena Vista near Disney World?

I think you are referring to the California Pirate Dinner Adventure in Buena Park? I've not been there and I don't know anyone who has, but from what I understand it is styled after the Medieval Times Dinner Show and Tournament. A 10 year old would probably find it fun, the parents, um, a little less so.

Neopolitan,
I suppose I wouldn't post the question under CALIFORNIA if I had a question about something near DISNEYWORLD.

A gentle hint: Even if you click on a state when you post, the state will not appear. Someone just scrolling down all the titles will have no way to know where Buena Park is. The state will only be obvious if a reader searches using a state's name.

If this place is anything like the Medieval Times, I'm sure a 10 yr old boy will LOVE it. I'm guessing you'll need to be prepared for lots of "AAArghs!" on the way home in the car though...

Thanks for explaining that Icuy. Many of us come here and look through all the US posts as we are interested in all states. When we see a message we have no way in the world of knowing what state someone is talking about.

Okaaaaay! I made a reservation, so we'll see how it goes. I didn't get my first pick on times they were sold out. So I assume business is good - it's also spring break time for many areas/schools.
