Phoenix to Denver Colorado
 

Hello, my husband and I have volunteer to take Giselle a cute girl dog to her new mommy at Denver, Colorado. We are planning to leave Tuesday and meet Tara o' Thursday in' Denver. We need place to sleep in a budge, we don't want to drive more than 4-5 hours. Would love to be able to take scenary route if it don't be on the way to meet the dog mom. Please help we have never done this before.

According to Google Maps, the quickest way is through Flagstaff and Moab to I-70. It's 13 hours. Maybe stay at Bluff, UT the first nght and Grand Junction the second nght. Tripadvisor shows motels in both.

There are motels in nearby Blanding as well. Of course, not all motels accept pets and those that do charge extra.
