My husband and I are travelling to Tempe/Phoenix this Wed. and are looking for all of your "must see/eat/do" advice...

We'll be at the Fiesta Bowl on the 2nd, so that day's basically taken, but will take any other ideas you have...

before the game, eat at the Chuckbox for a great hamburger (on University east of Mill).

For the best mexican grilled chicken anywhere, try El Pollo Supremo (just west of Mill on University)

For things to to, try the Fiesta BOwl BLock Party on New Year's Eve.

Desert Botanical Garden is nearby in Papago Park.

In Tempe, I would suggest Z Tejas.

I agree with the suggestion of the Desert Botanical garden.
