Phoenix or Scottsdale Luxury hotels?

Does anyone have recommendations for the best hotel to stay in in the area of Scottsdale or Phoenix?

In Phoenix I very much like the Arizona Biltmore with sprawling gardens, view of the mountain and superb service. The spa is great, the pools delightful and there's all that other stuff, too (tennis, golf). Plus architecture by Frank Lloyd Wright . . . an interesting and very gracious place.

In the Phoenix area The Boulders Resort is without question the finest. It is in Carefree Arizona just a bit north of Scottsdale. The decor and location is exceptional to say the least and it one of the few 5 diamond rated properties in the USA.

The Biltmore is luxury all the way - you will feel pampered....yet it's not stuffy at all. The Boulders is impressive but it's about 30-40 minutes from the heart of Phx/Scottsdale.

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort is an excellent luxury hotel in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It has great rooms, a luxurious artificial beach and waterslide, good restaurants(Squash Blossom), and many other exciting activities. It is one of the top 3 hotels I have stayed in in my entire life.
