What is the best way to get from the Philadelphia area to JFK airport? Cheapest? Most convenient? Thanks

I would think renting a one way car is about your only option. Could be that Super Shuttle makes the trip, check their web site or give them a call.

best and most convenient = car service

cheapest = SEPTA train to Philadelphia to Trenton then NJ Transit train to NYC Penn Station then subway to JFK

Another option - depends very much where in the Philadelphia area - is the Transbridge Bus from Bucks County to JFK:

Delta's regional carrier flies PHL-JFK three times a day each way. ;)

Also www.olympicairporter.com has shuttle that goes to EWR then on to JFK
