Penn Station to JFK?

Can anyone reccommend a car service? How much does car service or cab usually cost?

777-7777 (I forget the name....# is easier to remember than the name) is $37 from Manhattan to JFK....I've found them very reliable

From Penn Station, the easiest way and the cheapest is to take the A train. It will take you right to JFK and then you hop a bus to your terminal. YOu will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, but it's not bad and for a $1.50 ($2.00 after May 4), it's a New York bargin.

Have a great time.

The A train from Penn will take the same amount of time to get there as a cab or bus for less money.

Taxi and car service will cost about the same. Car service usually costs $37 or $38. To that add a $3.50 toll and a tip. Another car service is Carmel - 666-6666

Here is a link: http://www.panynj.gov/aviation/jgtsfram.htm to the JFK Transportation Website. Depending on what time of day you are travelling a bus could be a good inexpensive option if you do not want to take a train. SuperShuttle is another option as it's a commuter van all info is listed on the web page...
