Pearl Harbor Memorial Closing for 2 weeks on June 3rd? Is this true?
 

I just read on another post that the Pearl Harbor Memorial will be closed for 2 weeks starting June 3rd. How true is this? We will arrive in Honolulu on June 1st and want to know if we will be able to see the Memorial on June 2nd. Thanks.

but get there very early...you and every other informed visitor will be trying to see it that last day!

I have planned this trip for a year with the Pearl Harbor Memorial being the primary reason for choosing Oahu as one of my two island destinations. I hope June 14 is a firm reopening date. I'm only there for two more days after that! I guess I'd better get there really early!

I return home from Oahu on the 13th; the Arizona memorial was the only thing I really wanted to see. Unbelievable!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the planned closure has been delayed and a new closing date has not been set.

Does anyone know about the new closing date? We plan to visit the memorial on June 16th.
