Thanks for the great trip report! While you and Lee were in NYC, we were down in Fort Meyers & Key West!

Glad you got to see so many shows & eat in so many great places in the city! I've been to about half of the restaurants you mentioned...looking forward to trying some of the others! You made them sound very enticing! Maria Pia & Utsav are on my list! :)

The rain down in FL was amazing! Something like 10-12 inches in the last couple weeks! Hope your condo didn't float away while you were gone! Trish

Loved the restaurant info.---My favorite activity in NY is dining. Like Patrick I walk as much as possible which is the only way I manage to keep from gaining weight on our trips there. I made a note of the web-site for the apartment too---My wife and I are thinking about spending 7-10 days later this fall and a short term apt. rental sounds like a wonderful hotel alternative. But I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask nonetheless. Oh, well, unless ebay pans out, I suppose I'll just have to be patient and wait 'til the fall. But thanks again for the full report Patrick. Though it had an inauspicious beginning, I'm so glad your NY visit turned out well!
