Passport

I live in the United States and do not need a passport to travel to Hawaii. However, Hawaii is my dream vacation and I would love to get my passport stamped anyway. Would they do this??

Will who stamp it? It's no different than flying from Cleveland to Topeka, or Podunk to Modesto.

Sorry, as this is not an international flight, you won't be going through Immigration. So, there's no way to get a passport stamp unless you travel to Hawaii from a foreign country.

Fly to Japan and come back through Hawaii but even then it would be a US stamp and not Hawaii.

Hawaii is one of the states - not a foreign country. It doesn't have an immigration stamp - other than the US one - any more than New York or Illinois does.

And coming from the US you won;t go anywhere near immigration.

Sorry - but you seem very confused about Immigration overall.

Now how did that Everly Brothers song go again - "Dream dream dream - All I have to do is dream...". All together now, a-one, a-two...

OH, you can get your passport stamped, but it costs $176. Just wait outside baggage claim area. Look for the passport official woman with the red shirt and passport hanging around her neck on a green cord. She accepts cash only.

(PS when is your flight arriving)

Depending on which Island you go to and what you do there, you could get a National Park Passport Book and get it stamped. Some people collect that over a lifetime. You can get it stamped at all National Parks, Monuments, Battlefields, Memorials,Rivers, Seashores, Etc.

Just squish a Macadamia Nut between the pages. A true Hawaiian stamp.

Simple solution: build a time machine and go back about 120 years to when Hawaii was, in fact, an independent country. Then figure out a way to get there, and have your passport stamped. (Though to be honest I'm not sure when the use of passports came into practice).

Buy a picture postcard of your favorite Hawaii scene. Address it to yourself.Go to Post office buy a stamp ask postmaster to hand stamp a local postmark. When you get home you will have your "souvenir" of visiting Hawaii

Post cards are so yesterday. Take a selfie in front of a "welcome to Hawaii" sign and post it on Facebook.
