Pasadena and South Pasadena restaurant recommendations?

Would appreciate recommendations for restaurants in Pasadena and South Pasadena, casual places, all kinds of cuisine.

Here's a year-old thread that's still good. I can add Green Street Tavern and the Raymond in Pasadena and Firefly Bistro and Bistro de la Gare in South Pasadena to the many recommendations.

Saladang Song- thai food and fabulous. We had lunch there two years ago at the Pasadena GTG.

I like Roy's on Colorado, PF Changs in the Paseo is nice, Yugean Kang's is in old town and still is very good. I agree with the above mentioned restaurants being very good, too.

I used to recommend El Cholo for their handmade guacamole which is still very good but the rest of their food has not had high quality for a while now and I quit giving them chances, alas.

On Fair Oaks, The All India cafe is consistent, The Raymond is quaint and still very good.

I haven't been for a few months but the Tibet Nepal House on Holly has been very good for many years now. Celestino on Lake is still excellent.

Thanks. Have reservations at Celestino for NYE. Going to the Rose Bowl. Go, Buckeyes!
