Never been to this one, but the French Culinary INstitute in Soho has very good food at reasonable prices and can accommodate parties.

What are you asking? Whether people have held dinner parties there or whether people have attended some kind of parties thrown by the Institute?

I have attended parties and taken classes there. The parties are a lot of fun. They usually have wine and hors d'oeuvres ready when you arrive, and the people attending prepare some portion of the meal under the guidance of one of the chef-instructors. It's a nice way to interact with your friends and colleagues since you get to cook together. I'd recommend it if your party would enjoy doing some cooking.
