Paris Hotel?
 

Anyone tell me about the hotel? Are you able to actually go up the eifel tower replica? Any tips would be helpful.

Log onto www.lvol.com and go to strip hotels. If my memory serves me right, I do believe that I saw people lined up on the inside of the hotel at the base of the Eiffel Tower in order to take an elevator to the top. We ate at 2 of the restaurants there and the food was outstanding. You must try the Village Buffet for breakfast. It was wonderful. Another good restaurant to try is Mon Ami Gabi. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy the Bellagio fountains. Have fun.

The Paris is one of the newer hotels owned by Park Place Entertainment ( aka Hilton ). It is a pretty nice preperty but not in the class of the Bellagio, etc. <BR> <BR>Yes, you can travel to the top of the Eiffel Tower but it is not free. Last time I was there, it cost $8.00 /pp.

Considering the glitz of Las Vegas, the Paris was a relatively low-key experience. The rooms were nice, though could have been a bit larger -- but the bathrooms were extra large. The public areas seemed smaller than other hotels -- but this was a plus because it meant one did not have to walk miles within the hotel to get to restaurants and the pool. It also meant that we felt comfortable sending the teenagers off on their own to the pool or to one of the shops (though there is not as much for kids/teens to do at the Paris as compared to other hotels -- no video arcade, no movies, no food court). The food was much better than expected and the coffee was great. The faux sky on the first floor and the excellent ventilation system makes you forget you are actually indoors (except for the constant hum and noise from the casino). Since we paid $59 per night -- it was good value (and great location). However, unlike other hotels, such as the Luxor, if you want a view at the Paris you have to pay an extra $20 per night

We stayed here in July and found it to be very nice. A lot of people talk it down, maybe because it is French(or trying to be atmosphere -wise), but it is certainly nicer than Treasure Island, Bally's, less congested than NYNY, smaller scale than MGM(too large). We found the rooms here to be nicer than at Treasure Island which is supposed to be 4 diamond quality. Food will be more expensive, but certainly good quality. Don't forget to ask for a Triple A discount and they don't charge extra for kids.

Very nice property. You won't be disappointed. Request a room facing the Bellagio Hotel's fountains. <BR>Eiffel Tower ride costs extra. <BR>Have Fun!!

Diamond ratings don't really tell you much IMO. The range from top to bottom in the 3 and 4 star groups is huge. <BR>I never even take them into consideration.

Food and service in coffee shop poor. I would avoid.

Avoid the entire property because the service in the coffee shop is poor?
