Parasailing in Maui?

There don't seem to be any old threads that address this.

Has anyone gone parasailing in Maui recently?

I've never done anything like that but it seems really exciting.

Cost? Providers? Anything I should ask about before booking?

The last time I went parasailing was in 1992. I think the company was UFO. I haven't gone since because I love to go to Maui during whale season, and you can't go parasailing when the whales are there.

I've gone parasailing every time I've been in Maui (except for the one time we were there during Whale season). It's a great place to parasail because the views of the mountains are incredible and it's so peaceful up there. I've used a couple different providers, but like UFO the best. Happy flying.

Went parasailing with West Maui parasailing and UFO. I liked UFO better, they went up higher and were off the beach in front of whaler village in Kaanapali. West Maui was from the marina in Lahaina.

I don't remember what the price difference was, but it's fun. So peaceful when you are up in the air. I'm sure both have websites. They do tend to push the pixs they take of you and any of the shirts and hats available.

Have fun

Is Mid June considered whale season?
