We will have time to do both. Looking at google street view, both streets seem very nice and quaint.

We have decided to stay in PS at the Andreas Hotel.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the Andreas?

I can't comment on the hotel, but the location is very central to downtown and easy walking distance to the action along Palm and Indian Canyons.

Great location!! Easy access to the main street, restaurants etc.
