Palm Springs - Need Xmas Eve Dinner Recommendation
 

We would like a recommendation for Christmas Eve dinner in the Palm Springs area. Prefer something cozy, good food, and not outrageously expensive. Just the two of us. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Melyvn's would probably fit your needs. It's located at the Ingleside Inn. They have a piano bar that is popular with both the locals and tourists. The restaurant service is great, and they normally have a special holiday menu.

We were just at Melvyn's the day after Thanksgiving. What a special treat. The restaurant had really good food, and was very festive. Lots of tableside food service.

Small, intimate, romantic? How about Europa at the Villa Royale?

I also like Melvyn's, BTW. Very "old school" Hollywood glamour era Palm Springs, and Mel Haber is a legend.

Thanks PSLocal. We've been to Melyvns before so today I took your advice and made a reservation at Europa. The menu looks divine! Can't wait.
