Pali Ke Kua - Which unit number for best location?

Hello,

The last two times we stayed in Princeville, we were intrigued by the Pali Ke Kua condominiums. The views look amazing.

I am planning an upcoming trip to Kauai in late July/August so I thought we would give Pali Ke Kua a look.
I have looked at many units on VRBO and several rental websites at many different units.
I cannot find however, anyone who has a site map of the complex.
I would like to see where the specific units are located on the property.

Does anyone know where I might locate a site map or have a recommendation or had a good experience at this complex? We need a two bedroom unit that sleeps 4.

Also, If you have any comments on staying there in July/August without air conditioning, I would appreciate advice.

Thanks!

I personally don't think air conditioning is needed in Hawaii, but it depends on what you're used to. The most popular units at PKK - the ones with the Bali Hai views, will be the warmest in the summer since they'll be getting the afternoon/sunset heat and don't face the trade winds.

http://www.wizardpub.com/kauai/krpalikekua.html...try this for an aerial view - not sure if it has the details you are looking for but certainly either the management company could tell you more. We stayed there several years ago and enjoyed it especially the unobstructed views. We would however stay in an upper unit next time so that we could leave our lanai door open for more breeze. When you stay in ground level, you cannot do that. I believe the 2 bedrooms are in the upper level. It will be hot in August but the trade winds should keep it cooler which is why we like upper floor units so we can leave the door open.
