Padres Game
 

How hard is it to get good tickets on day of the game?(I'm from Boston and can't buy a ticket for any game at this point.)
Also, is a day game in August really hot. Are there any under-cover seats? Would we be better off going to a night game? How close to the park is the Coaster station?

Isn't it sad that we have to travel to see games (also from New England)

Given the state of the Padres, it won't be hard to get tickets. There are seats under the roof but it most likely won't be very hot. One of my favorite stadiums.

Petco Park isn't very close to the Coaster station, but you can hop on the Trolley right next to the Coaster station and that will take you to Petco.

Don't forget sunscreen and even hats if you will be sitting in the sun.
