Packer Fan = Broken Leg....HELP!
Bummer…we have a trip planned for this weekend to go to Green Bay for the Packer game. We were hoping to try and get tickets once we arrived but now one of our fellow travelers has broken her leg and she is in a wheelchair. We still plan on coming but no watching the game in the stadium, no tailgating! But with the help of all you Packer fans in Packerland, can you recommend where we can go to a local bar by Lambeau Field and watch it on the big screen TV? Maybe a local bar that also has tailgating right at the bar.

Not the question you asked - but have you called Disability Office of the team - I know games sell out far in advance but I know for some Boston sports there are occasionally last miniute tickets for those with disabilities.
Patriots fans would hop and go to the game anyway. |
The easiest thing to find in Green Bay is a bar near the stadium to watch the Packers at. From the stadium, we find stumbling east towards the practice field then veering a bit to the right leads to the most popular spots within 2 blocks.
The night before we often eat at Fratellos. Its a couple of miles from the stadium, but the have a good bar and the network personalities can be found there |
Im with Gail. There may be some disability seats left and they will let you drop her off right in front. This is based on other stadiums but worth a try. Obviously depends on your friend and if she is willing.
Could add a comment on how I thought Packers fans were tough... |
Rub some cheese on it and tell her to walk it off!!!
