Pacific'O or I'O
Trying to decide between these two restuarants. Looking for honeymoon ambiance, not overly "packed-in" tables. Outside dining with nice view for sunset and into the night.
I've made reservations for other restuarants on other nights but want to eat once in Lihania and have narrowed it down to these two.

You might do better to repost with the specific destination (Lahania) in your header as Fodors suggest. As it is, your header really means nothing.
As I'm sure you know by now, there is no "Hawaiian Board". Everything goes on the "United States Board".

We have only been to Pacific 'O (a number of times)but it definitely meets your requirements. We go there on every trip to Maui. Make sure to request a outside table for two closest to the water. Great sunsets, and the best fish you will ever have.

Anyone who knows these restaurants will identify them just fine by your subject.
Either place will do. Pacific`O is a bit larger, I`O has a more intimate feel. At Pacific`O you sit right along the beach, whereas I`O is more tucked into a corner, adjacent to The Feast at Lele.

Tucked in a corner? Can we still see the ocean and sunset fine? This may sound silly, but I'd rather not have my dinner interrupted by a luau - is it so close that it will be a distraction from a nice quite dinner?
