Pacific beach

Just by case i visited the best beaches i've ever seen (one of the largest and longest in the world), and breathtaking rivers. Seems i really opened the secret and just dream to get back. they help me to find it www.pacificsecret.com , www.visitpacificbeach.com i'm glad to share, but waiting for some info from you concerning the activities and those little towns that are hidden there.
Thank you all.

saps Jul 11th, 2006 02:14 PM

I'm sure your websites are great. I won't be visiting them because I can't understand a single thing you just said.

FainaAgain Jul 11th, 2006 02:18 PM

First of all, this is a first-time poster.

Second, it seems s/he only promoting personal websites.

Third, I Googles "pacificsecret" and got... a Russian website! Ha ha ha, welcome home, Faina :)

Shell1583 Jul 24th, 2006 07:16 PM

The websites (tripy) lists are actual websites, that discuss the Pacific coastline and recommend sites to visit, etc. Hope that is helpful to all!

Barbara Jul 24th, 2006 07:23 PM

Well, here's a wild thought, maybe tripy is not a native English speaker and doesn't even live in an English-speaking country. And really, if you take a little time, you will understand what was written. What a welcome.

starrsville Jul 24th, 2006 07:33 PM

First - and only post almost two weeks later.

It's an ad folks. Not welcomed on this site.

starrsville Jul 24th, 2006 07:34 PM

As was shell's post - which topped this almost two weeks later.

Catbert Jul 24th, 2006 07:38 PM

I agree with Barbara. It seems to me Tripy is telling us that he/she discovered these websites about this area and wants to know if anyone here knows anything about the area and can recommend activites.

saps Jul 24th, 2006 07:40 PM

Barbara, I've reread it and I still don't understand.

What I know is that it was a first (and only) post refering others to two websites.

For somebody like yourself that has been here awhile isn't it a bit naive to think that this was legit. Oh well. Enjoy your visit to tripy's sites.

starrsville Jul 24th, 2006 08:11 PM

Barbara and catbert MUST be right. The fact that 2 out of the first four posts on this board are my first - and only 1 time posters have no bearing on a post that plugs too websites.

Someone told me about another interesting website -
www.sendstarrsymoney.com

>>> Well, here's a wild thought, maybe tripy is not a native English speaker and doesn't even live in an English-speaking country. <<<

But plugging two Washington coast websites?

starrsville Jul 24th, 2006 08:13 PM

Time to go to bed - that should have been ...

BY first - and only 1 time posters have no bearing on a post that plugs TWO websites.

Barbara Jul 24th, 2006 08:53 PM

Well, I failed to check to see how many posts there had been. Not naive, saps, nor rude. I chose to give someone the benefit of the doubt. You didn't seem to think it was an ad until after starrsville's post.

saps Jul 24th, 2006 09:17 PM

If you had taken the time to actually read the entire thread before firing off your first comment you would have realized that it was a first post and an obivious advertisement.

Thank goodness for Starrsville's post or I might have actually believed that the Pacific Beach held a magical secret.

Goodnight.

Barbara Jul 24th, 2006 09:59 PM

saps, I read the entire four posts before posting. Just because someone is a first-time poster doesn't automatically mean they are advertising. At some point, we were all first-time posters.

Shell1583 Jul 25th, 2006 05:03 PM

To all:

My post was not an ad. I thought this was a helpful travel site that discussed information and also had a message board.

From the sounds of things, some people have WAY too much time on their hands!!!!!

I will be checking out other travel site message boards thanks to saps and starriville.

Thanks to the others who actually gave the first poster (tripy) the benefit of the doubt.

Catbert Jul 25th, 2006 05:10 PM

Shell, better yet, why not stick around and help outnumber the skeptics? There are some really great, helpful folks here.

starrsville Jul 25th, 2006 05:20 PM

Exactly what was said to run you off this board? My comment was that a first time ever poster topped an thread that appeared to be an ad by another first time ever poster?

Is that not true?

I agree with Catbert. Stick around. Lots of good info on this board. Give and take. Use information and share information. Prove one poster's impression (mine) wrong.

Neopolitan Jul 25th, 2006 06:42 PM

When Shell topped this post after it had been posted here a couple of weeks earlier, it must have been about 3000 posts down the list. One has to wonder how Shell ever found this post and why he (she) chose to register for the sole purpose of topping and commenting on this single post. Sorry to offend, but if that is the only post Shell found worthy of comment in the thousand read to come to it, I doubt he (she) will really miss this site much. On the other hand, Shell, if you can find any other post here worthy of comment or question, then by all means stick around and join us.
