Outdoor Activites in Kauai early November
We are staying near Princeville and am looking for suggestiong for an easy, scenic hike. (my mom has asthma and can only do a few miles of flat walking).
Also looking for a boat suggestion to see the Na pali coast.
Any special restaurants would be great too.
Thanks!!

anna,
I have asthma too and it was fine while I was on Kaua'i
Drive down to the Hanalei pier and go for walk along Hanalei Bay. The sand is very fine and tightly packed and is perfect for walking. It is about 2 miles each way I think. Kick off the shoes and enjoy it! If you get tired of the sand, you can walk along Weke Road and check out all the lovely beachfront houses.
Just walking around Princeville's pathways is lovely and an amazingly scenic thing to do. You are surrounded by the pali, the green and the sky. Very nice.
Have a great trip.

a'74,
See if the Princeville Golf Gourse still rents golf carts to the general public after 4pm or so...you can take her for a tour of the entire course...and take A LOT of film. Some gorgeous views. Get out and walk for awhile at your leisure.
It's not your regular everyday golf course.
While it may be a long drive, the walk out on Polihale Beach is also a good one, esp around sunset.
As for roosters, mosquitoes, etc
