Very nice report and some great photos! I'm so glad to hear you did some canyoneering. Really a great experience.

Yes, the Pioneer Motel used to be a real dump, but last time I was down in Zion I noticed it had been remodeled. Good to hear!

A side note: love your remark on Copia's dispensing machines
