Orlando/Disney Suites?

We (two adults, no children) are planning to visit Orlando/Disney for a week before Thanksgiving. We're looking for a hotel/resort with great pools and more than one room (a one bedroom suite would be perfect). We have stayed, in the past, at the Beach Club (on Disney property) as well as at the Hyatt - Grand Cypress (off Disney property). We enjoyed both, but now we're looking for something different, possibly quieter, either off or on the premises. We will have a rental car, so your suggestions or experiences would be most appreciated.
Thanks!

Lots of options listed on hotels.com, with pictures, rates and amenities. I have used it extensively for lots of trips and it always helps, at least with some ideas of what is out there and if the dates I am looking for are available.

We've stayed several times at the Homewood Suites and were very impressed. They have a great free hot buffet breakfast in the morning as well.

We have stayed at the Marriott Grand Vista and really liked it. My sister stayed there again last year and is one of her favorites. There are a number of time shares in the Orlando area always offering some kind of deal too. The less Disney like it is, the less overcrowding of kids too...which is nice once in a while.

I liked Caribe Royale suites when I visited there, and the pools are nice as well. It's in Lake Buena Vista, on International Blvd at Rt. 535.
