Check out www.rusmarproperties.com.
They have a up to a 4 bedroom, fully furnished townhouse in the gated community called Lake Berkley Resort, only 10 minutes from WDW. You can probably rent a 3 BR townhouse for the same cost as a hotel room.

They have a nice pool with jacuzzi behind the recreation center. There are pics at the rusmar website.

We like the Hyatt Grand Cypress. The villas on the property are wonderful and you forget that WDW is a mile away!

Vistana is also nice if you choose your accommodations carefully--you want to be in a newer or remodeled unit.

Second the Hyatt. Very pleasnat, nice pool - and unlike Disney, not completely overrun with children. Also, Hemingway's restaurant is fairly good - a real find in good food-challenged Orlando.
