Orlando Eats
I am traveling to Orlando w/ one other adult (no children), and we LOVE to eat. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some good restaurants for nice, sit down dinners. Money is not really an issue, we ARE on vacation!! Any suggestions anyone?

My I highly suggest Ming Court Wok & Grille for Chienese food. Not your typical chinese food take-out by any means. A little more upscale in atmosphere and taste of food. An absolute stop for me everytime I get to Orlando. Located at 9188 International Dr. Also very romantic!

For a laid back lunch we enjuy Unos Pizza, great food, Chicago deep dish,
It is a little more ezpensive than a "typical" pizza place but it IS near Disney...they have neat old Disney movie posters that are in italian Ruby |
Hodie, I just read another post where you asked lomost the same ? but added that you wanted romantic, if this is still true skip Uno's ;)

Some of the best restaurants in the area are actually operated by Disney, at their deluxe hotel properties. Most of the restaurants on the south side of Orlando are chains, and few are very impressive. The better local restaurants are mostly on the northern end of town.

I agree that some great restaurants are on the Disney property. We love the Flying Fish on Disney's Boardwalk. Also really like Palio at the Swan Hotel. Victoria and Alberts in Disney is known for ambience, romance and $$$$. Also the California Grill at the Contemporary Hotel.

Ok, I went w/ Flying Fish and Ming Court, but am torn between Emerils and Chathams place, which one?? Any thoughts?

Emerils is fantastic!
