Orlando, any recent change in visitors?
We have a trip planned to orlando from Toronto leaving next Friday. I'm just wondering if recent world events has reduced traffic at the attractions or has it been business as usual. It's been too long and cold of a winter for us not to come down and get some warmth.

I was there last week and Sunday through Tuesday, the traffic in the parks (Universal and Disney) was fairly slow. By Wednesday, they were packed and stayed that way through the weekend.

I just got back last night. It was packed down there. Lots of traffic for spring break, but it was fine. Have fun.

I live in Orlando and have not noticed a drop in tourist traffic at all.

Just returned from Orlando. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday were comfortably busy, but Thursday was much more crowded. We were told by several locals how tourism was down 40%, but we didn't see any signs of that. Nice days, in the 70's. Have fun!

Just curious. Did you notice if most people were going into the French pavillion or passing it by?

Wags,
We did not go to Epcot this trip...but that is an interesting question!

Tourism isn't down that much because the theme parks are still charging a fortune & offering No incentives. Actually they are at a steady pace because more family are staying domestically because of the war/terriorism threats.
