Orlando--activities other than theme parks

Help! We will be in Orlando over Easter week-end with 4 kids, ages 10-13. We will have two free days and would like suggestions for fun things other than theme parks (too crowded). These kids like action: no museum-type activies for us! We'd like to do a water park on one of the days. Any ideas from you experts out there? Thanks!

A lot of kids like Wonder Works, an "upside down" building next to The Pointe shopping center on International Drive just north of the Peabody Hotel. They also offer lazer tag.

Wet & Wild is a mile or two north of Wonder Works and still an excellent water park. There are all kinds of activities up and down International Drive, including a large ice skating rink just off I Drive.

Try the Kennedy space center in Coco beach. They have differnt activities there. Space will intrest any child > you can go to the Imax or take a bus tour. I don't know if the shuttle will be around, but most kids love it. Then there is the beach and RONJON the famous surfing store. Try that.

With kids almost identical ages we did go to Kennedy Space Center, took the double decker bus tour and loved it. Also we went to the Orlando Science Museum, which they also enjoyed. If your family belongs to a science museum in your home state, show your membership card and it's very likely that you can get in free!
