Oregon Coast with 1, 4 and 6, year old

We are planning on driving from Portland to San Francisco next May before memorial day. We have 13 days. I have done a lot of research for our trip but wanted to see if I was missing something big or overdoing it too much with little kids ( 1, 4, and 6 ) .

Day 1 Fly into Portland late evening

Day 2 Columbia River Gorge ( Still trying to decide what hikes and waterfalls to see)
Planning on driving the historic highway to hood river to timberline lodge . I want to do the alpine slide or something fun with our kids while we are here. Then drive back to Portland thru Government Camp

Day 3 Portland to Newport
Oregon Coast Aquarium , Aquarium Village, Yaquina Lighthouse

Day 4 New Port to Florence
Planning on Stopping to see seal rock, Cape Perpetua and possibly do the sweet creek trail hike, Sand boarding

Day 5 Florence to Bandon
Dune Buggy Ride ( OR rent own ATV , whats better? )
Stop at Coos Bay, Cape Argo Beach Loop and Shore Acres State Park on our way to Bandon

Day 6 Bandon
Explore beaches , Coquile Lighthouse, Face Rock Viewpoint

Day 7 Bandon
Find tide pools , West Coast Game Park Safari , explore

Day 8 Bandon To Crescent City
Stop Frequently to see Turtle Rock , Cape Sebastien ( Hike sitka spruce rain forest to hunters cove ?? ) , and Samuel H. Baoradman

Day 9 Redwoods to Eureka
Hike and Explore Redwoods all day

Day 10 Euerka to SF ( I know this is a long drive , what should we stop and see )
Ave of Giants

Day 11,12 SF Sometime within the next few days we are planning on seeing

Alcatraz, Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39 , Chinatown, Exploratorium or California Academy of Sciences , North Beach , Golden Gate Bridge , Ride the Cable Cars

Day 13 SF fly out that evening

What do you think? TOO much, just enough or not enough?

Thank you for your advice and time!

All one night stands except for Bandon. That would be tough IMO with young children. Packing and moving too often for my taste

You have essentially five days on the OR coast and one day for the redwoods.

I think 3.5 days on the coast, 2 days in the redwoods (to include the ave of the Giants) an extra half a day or so in SF would be a better division of time.
