Orchard Garden Hotel.....
 
Staying here in April. Have read great reviews on TA. Anyone stay here? Too close to tenderloin area?

It is nowhere near the Tenderloin. It is two blocks from California St and a few yards from Grant Avenue.

It's a very good urban/downtown location. I live here, so don't stay in hotels, can't comment on the hotel itself.
