Opinions about my West Coast Florida almost-decision welcomed...

I posted several weeks ago that my wife and I were looking for a place on the West Coast of Florida to spend the month of February, and we were mid-60s, active, avid walkers looking for places to walk, good restaurants, a golf course or two, a tennis court, and interesting things to do and see.

I received many responses and followed it up by a search of places to stay. I came up with a community of modern high rise condos on Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs. They are named Estancia, Horizon, and Vista. The condos look really nice, face the Gulf, are modern and large and the area offers loads of walking trails and tennis courts (the particular condo we are interested in does not have golfing rights so we will have to find a public course somewhere)..

Since I have not yet signed a rental agreement, I am not obligated. Are there any reasons I should reconsider or stay the course?

Appreciate any and all feedback, and thank you for all your help!!
Steve
