Hey from when I can find online quote for 15 passenger van?

I don't think you can rent a 15 passenger van - since in most places you need a special (bus) license to drive a vehicle that large. I would suggest you contact bus companies in the area you'll be in and find out about hiring a bus with driver.

What information is it that you did not get the first time?

We've rented a 15 passenger van online and there are some insurance issues.

My suggestion is to spend the extra $100 and buy their insurance. Your own insurance will not cover this van.

We didn't need a special license for the van since it is a regular oversized van.

We were not allowed to take the van into Miami.

Many rental car co's carry large 12-15 passenger vans. I know both Budget & Enterprise list them, but they are definitely not available at all locations.

Where are you trying to rent this van?
