One way rental cars

Anyone know a good, cheap way to pick up a car in Las Vegas and drop it in Phoenix?

For your time in Las Vegas, rent at regular rates and return to Las Vegas. Then on the one day that you travel, rent a one-way car from Vegas to Phoenix.

Recently paid $29 for a compact car from www.nationalcar.com

try www.enterprise.com

Last time I did it was with National. The rate wasn't bad, but there was a $100 drop off charge. I don't think there is anyway to get around that though. We had the car for 2 weeks.
Duane

I rented a car in Phoenix in April, dropping it off in Las Vegas. I found the best prices (by far) from Alamo and they did not charge any drop off fees. Try their website.

Enterprise doesn't offer one-way rentals in most cities.

In my experience, Alamo has been the ONLY company that charges a drop-fee, must be different based on what city you rent from. Leaving Las Vegas, they do charge a drop fee, the amount depends on the distance traveled.
