one day in Newport, Rhode Island
 

We have 1 day in Newport from the Princess.What should we do?
4 adults in October

Well, you could tour The Breakers or one or two of the other mansions to see how a previous generations lived.

Or maybe the cliff walk (pretty easy) to see same from a distance on the seaside.

Or you could hang out on the wharfs and shop and eat lobster rolls.

Not a bad place to spend a few hours.

There are some quaint old streets to wander as well.

bought the Mansions ticket & shttle bus took me around....that way you can spend as
much time in each as you wish.....there are other sights on the website you can visit.
