This is a tough one. These are among the places I go back to again and again. <BR>-Vidalia, Washington DC <BR>-Peristyle, New Orleans <BR>-Kinkeads, Washington DC <BR>-Tu Lan, San Francisco <BR>-Star Canyon, Dallas <BR> <BR>I should note that Tu Lan is a total dive...cheap plastic furniture and old chipped linoleum with some of the best Vietnamese food I've had anywhere!
